Context

A multi-brand loyalty and rewards platform built to serve enterprise clients at scale. The platform operated as a white-label engine — multiple enterprise brands ran independent loyalty programs on a shared infrastructure, each with their own branding, earn mechanics, reward catalogues, and user bases.

Brands using the platform included Mahindra, Nestlé, ITC, Wipro, Carlsberg, Heineken, and AB InBev.

Problem Statement

Each enterprise brand needed a complete loyalty program — earn mechanics, reward catalogues, tier structures, notifications, and reporting. Building a custom solution per client was not economically viable. Doing it at speed, across multiple simultaneous launches, was operationally impossible without a configurable foundation.

The challenge was to design a platform that was both deeply configurable and stable enough for enterprise production use — where one platform served many clients without becoming a maintenance burden.

Business Goal

Enable enterprise brands to launch complete, branded loyalty programs in under one week — without requiring custom engineering work for each new client.

My Role

Technical Product Owner across the full delivery lifecycle — responsible for product discovery, requirement analysis, user story definition, acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment between business and engineering, backlog prioritisation, and delivery oversight.
